View of the green, which added a pleasant touch to the room experience. Plenty of local entertainment options nearby, keeping the evenings lively.
Couldn’t check in early, which made it tough to explore the area without a place to stash our bags. The soundproofing left a bit to be desired—heard a fair bit from the adjacent rooms. The karaoke nights ran until 10:30, which could be a hassle if you're looking for a quiet night. The bed felt uncomfortable, and the shower struggled with hot water and drainage took ages. Arriving also included a bit of a concern when a pest control van showed up, which was unsettling upon check-in.

brilliant artwork on the wall, hot water availability, tea and coffee facilities
The bathroom needs attention to the shower door, which doesn't close properly!!! That bright green emergency light outside the bathroom is quite disturbing at night!!! A larger window for more natural light in the room would also be appreciated!!!

Lovely stay with tasty food
We had a chill 3-night stay. The room was super cozy, and we loved the shower pressure. Just a bit crowded at dinner – only one waiter was on duty, which was rough for him! But the food at the bar was really good. Great vibe overall, just needed a few more hands on deck!

The room was super comfy with a very clean and minimal vibe. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The shower was awesome, really refreshing! Loved the new decor too. Perfect for relaxing after a day out. The soundproofing was great, barely heard anything from outside. a decent spot to rest up!

The heating was on a holiday too, leaving us chilled to the bone. Note to self, leave the key in to avoid an ice bath!

A Mixed Experience with Potential
I recently stayed for four nights and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, especially the massive seating areas. The DJ added an extra buzz. the room had a few maintenance issues, particularly with the bathroom. For a cold drink, consider bringing your own, as the room lacked a fridge.

Couple stay with a twist
The room was nicely decorated and clean, which is always a plus. And, let me tell you, the shower was massive – perfect for washing off the worries of the day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still worth it.

I stayed at The Vine in Skegness for one night in the Deluxe Double Room. Check-in was a hassle, as no one was at the front desk when I arrived. The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the heating in the room wasn't working. It was January, and I had to sleep in my clothes to stay warm. I changed rooms three times, and each time it was the same issue. I expected to enjoy my stay, especially since I had visited this hotel during peak season before and loved it. One major downside was the lack of food available. the kitchen was closed, which made for a long night. There should be some provision in winter months. I felt let down by the service and the room conditions, given my past experiences.

I recently had a pleasant stay at The Vine while enjoying the modern decor and clean spaces. Although the noise from the entertainment slightly disrupted the peaceful ambiance, the friendly staff made the experience more welcoming. a good spot for relaxation with minor room issues.
